We're facing a severe blood shortage — our national blood supply has fallen by 35% over the past month. During a blood shortage, doctors may face difficult choices about which patients receive blood transfusions and who will need to wait.

We are in urgent need of donors to help patients who are counting on lifesaving blood following accidents, during surgeries, and for treatment of conditions such as sickle cell disease and cancer.

January is Cervical Cancer Awareness Month.

When found early, cervical cancer can be highly treatable and is associated with long survival.

Regular screening with Pap tests and HPV tests can help find problems early.

Talk to your provider to make sure that you are up to date on your cervical cancer screening.

Cervical Cancer Awareness Month is your reminder to get screened and to get the HPV vaccine.

The Pap tests are screening tests that can find precancerous cell changes and cervical cancer early.

HPV vaccination can prevent new HPV infections but does not treat existing infections or diseases. This is why the HPV vaccine works best when given before any exposure to HPV. You should get screened for cervical cancer regularly, even if you received an HPV vaccine.

Schedule your cervical screening with your provider. If you don’t have a provider, call 211 for assistance.

As 2025 is quickly coming to a close, we wanted to reflect back to celebrate our team’s dedication to building a healthier community.

This past year, we:

🐣 Welcomed 918 new bundles of joy to our community.

📍 Became 1 of 2 hospitals in all of Oregon that uses the cutting-edge HYDROS robotic system to deliver Aquablation therapy for men with enlarged prostates.

⭐ Achieved Tier 5 recognition as a Patient-Centered Primary Care Home by Oregon Health Authority for all four of our primary care clinics.

🚐 Provided vital health services to more than 1,000 patients through our ¡Salud! Services.

These are just a few of the many ways we delivered high-quality, compassionate care. 🏥
