⩥ Melt into deep relaxation and renewal in this 90-minute workshop combining the long-held, meditative stretches of Yin yoga - enhanced by the calming, grounding benefits of gently applied acupuncture.

⩥ Tess, founder of Breathing Room Collective (), will lead Restorative Yin / gentle movement throughout the experience, with Dr. Amber Reding Gazzini of Hillsboro Wellness and Acupuncture providing gentle acupuncture applications during each posture and into savasana.

Hello Valued Patients:

We want to inform you of an important change regarding your massage therapy coverage at Hillsboro Wellness. Effective as noted below, we will no longer be accepting Providence Collective Health as an in-network insurance plan for massage therapy services.

Effective Dates:
• New patients: Immediately
• Established patients: May 1st, 2026

We have already transitioned out-of-network for massage therapy with all other Providence plans. To remain compliant, we must apply a consistent network status across all Providence plans. Unfortunately, our experience with Providence Collective Health has presented significant administrative challenges. The good news is that most Providence Collective Health plans—including Intel plans and PEBB plans—include out-of-network benefits.

Happy New Year—it’s month two of the Year of the Yang Fire Horse, and we’re just getting started. 🔥🐎

Did you know? The Horse officially arrived February 4th, with Lunar New Year celebrations beginning February 17th, 2026. This is a powerful “fire atop fire” year—bold, creative, expressive, and full of momentum. Yang energy is at its peak, bringing innovation and movement, especially through mid-year.

By June, we’re reminded to slow down, reconnect with loved ones, and tend our inner fire with care—think steady embers, not burnout. ❤️‍🔥
