💛✨This week around the studio we have been talking about how February is kind of special this year. It has 4 Mondays, 4 Tuesdays, 4 Wednesdays, 4 of everything.
It’s so perfectly BALANCED Lol ⚖️
🌱What an opportunity, we get to slow down and actually feel the seasonal shift.
Winter is still here but Spring is starting to stretch and wake up.
If you’re still moving slower and sleeping a little longer, resting a lot and staying warm you’re doing it right! 💪🏻
We don’t need to rush this transition, we plan, we get clear and then we step out - right/yang foot forward, clear, steady and unhurried with a sustained pace for 6 months of yang season.
This is intelligent wisdom, this is embodiment, this is the CENTRE Method that we teach at CENTRE - in the yoga studio and in the clinic.
The body understands the seasonal shift better than the mind. Trust its wisdom. It always knows when it’s time to open.
Don’t rush…listen…don’t act until you’re SURE…

💛What did winter ask me to slow down enough to feel? ❤️
💛What truths surfaced in the darkness and stillness of winter for me? 💪🏻
💛What exhaustion, grief and heaviness am I ready to let move into growth and wisdom? 🧘♀️🧘♂️
💛What didn’t grow, am I willing to stop trying to forcing it? 🤔
💛Where did rest become medicine rather than avoidance? 🙌
These are the opportunity for growth as we slowly thaw out and move into the energy of spring.
I’m ready…I’m excited to lead us into this next phase with the balance and steadiness!
