Tiffany brings a lifetime of commitment to long-term care — literally. Raised in a family rooted in the industry, she began her journey volunteering in dietary services and resident activities, building the kind of firsthand, patient-centered perspective that no classroom can replicate.
She went on to earn her Bachelor’s in Healthcare Administration, her Licensed Nursing Home Administrator’s license, and has spent her career building high-performing teams and driving quality outcomes that put residents first.

Her leadership is defined by our CORE values: Compassion in how she serves residents and families, Ownership of every outcome in her building, a relentless drive for Results, and a willingness to Evolve with the ever-changing landscape of healthcare.
Guided by eight years of mentorship under Lori Byrom, Tiffany’s philosophy is simple: the highest standard of care must be at the center of every decision.
When she’s not leading her team, you’ll find her enjoying the outdoors, being a proud mom, or grabbing one of those famous shakes at Terry’s Grocery.
