We have Happy Birthday Hour with Dusty Walt, Lunch Bunch to Biscuits Cafe, our Rosewood Family Thanksgiving Dinner, and our annual Turkey Shoot!

Family and friends are always welcome!

Halloween was such a hit this year!

We filled the hallways with tresidents and opened the building to the community! We loved seeing the families fill our lobby. Seeing the cute kiddos, the cool costumes, and enjoying some candy and social time was the highlight of the month!

Cooking Chaos was a blast this week - we made monster rice krispy treats with our Century HS volnteers!

Melting wafers, marshmallows, butter, googly eyes, and cereal combined to make some of the most delicious little monsters!!

We laughed a lot during this one 😂

We sure love the gentlemen of and we enjoy celebrating them every month at our Men's Breakfast.

They have show and tell time, learn about each other, hold discussions, and eat delicious breakfast foods together.

Come join the next one on the 4th Tuesday at 8:30am in the Emperor Room.

We made the cutest little tissue paper ghost lollipops together for Hallloween!

We set them out for trick or treaters to take home with them at our Halloween event - so dang cute.

Pumpkin Carving was so much fun this year!

We had a full room of carvers and we loved seeing the creativity of everyone who came.
We listened to Halloween music as we chatted and carved together....such a wonderful way to spend a Wednesday morning.

Our Craft n' Chat time is so full of beautiful fall colors!!

Today we made bandana wreaths to hang on our doors - they all turned out so cute. It was a bit of a challenge to tie all those knots, but we persevered and loved our results.

I am always grateful for this reminder to Slow Down.....

I am usually in a hurry around the building and when I come around the corner to see residents just leaving or heading to an activity - I pause and smile....because what an opportunity I now have!! I could take the starcase and skip the traffic jam, and do sometimes if I really need to be somewhere promptly, but as often as I can......I make a different choice.

I choose to walk slowly with them, start a little conversation, and remind them they're loved. Its a small way I can spread love and joy in my Rosewood Family, so please take this reminder to slow down and give some love to the Residents that we love and care for every day at .
