The culprit of all the snow in Soltys Place parking lot!

🚨 SNOW DUMPING INVESTIGATION from August of 2018 🚨

After multiple reports of mysterious piles of snow appearing around Hillsborough — despite it being 96 degrees outside — officers launched a full investigation.

The suspect was quickly located, questioned, and the case was… chilled 🧊

➡️ UPDATE: The Zamboni driver from the SportsPlex has been cleared of all charges and released back to resurfacing duties. No evidence linked the ice to his operation, and he has been fully exonerated.

While the motive remains unknown, we can confidently say this was not an inside job 🏒❄️

As always, we appreciate the community’s vigilance. If you see snow falling in triple-digit temperatures, please report it immediately. 😎☀️

While the holidays are a time for fun and connecting with friends and family, it’s important to remember that self-care matters, too. The season can be stressful, and it’s completely okay to talk about mental health. A 2023 survey by the American Psychological Association found that nearly nine in 10 U.S. adults feel stressed by something during the holidays, and 72% say the season can feel bittersweet.
