Seeing the Balboa Park monument alongside this excerpt from Shakespeare’s Sonnet 18—“So long as men can breathe or eyes can see,So long lives this, and this gives life to thee.”—I was reminded of the way breath and vision are woven into Cognomovement.

This week, I had an amazing experience at a live, in-person training with Bill McKenna, Liz Larson, and several other beautiful souls, each bringing their own unique journeys with Cognomovement. It was truly magical to witness the art of Cognomovement firsthand and to have the opportunity to practice it myself.

We also had the honor of welcoming a special guest, Ally, as we explored advanced Cognomovement techniques. Our focus with her was on standing, balancing, walking, and more. Eleven years ago, Ally survived drowning in a bathtub—a journey you can learn about by searching Just Fight Ally! Witnessing her undeniable progress was both moving and inspiring, a powerful reminder of the human spirit’s ability to heal and rise.

A few personal reflections from this week:
* The most powerful conversations are often the ones we have with ourselves.
* The best conversations sometimes arise from nothing at all.
* True seeing isn’t always about the eyes—it’s about the vision of the nervous system.
* Touch and sound can guide the nervous system when the eyes cannot.

Love overflowed as I witnessed Brad and Bridget’s devotion to Ally, just as Ally’s love radiated back toward her parents. I was also deeply moved by Bill and Liz and the creative force they bring! Filled with gratitude! ~ Jay Vince-Cruz

A common question we are asked, "What things will enable us to have the best possible experience after a session at the center?"

These 5 things have proven to have a huge influence on our Members experience after a session:

1) Do a 30 minute Himalayan Salt Foot Detox Bath: Soak your feet in very warm water with Himalayan pink salt for 30 minutes. This helps draw out toxins, relax the nervous system, and cleanse your energy field.

2) Hydration With Intention: Drink clean, mineral-rich water while setting a positive intention (e.g., “I invite clarity and balance into my body”).

3) Breathwork Reset: Practice taking slow, deep breaths (inhale for 4 counts, hold for 4, exhale for 6). This releases and clears negative and stagnant energy and restores flow.

4) Grounding in Nature: Spend 5–10 minutes with bare feet on the grass, soil, or sand. This helps release excess energy and reconnect with the Earth’s natural rhythm. Optionally, consider hugging a tree, or if inside use a grounding mat.

5) Gratitude & Reflection: "Practice The Pause" and express gratitude for the session and your body’s healing. Journaling even a few lines helps anchor the shifts.

✨ Laura’s Incredible Results! ✨
When Laura came to Quantum Light Wellness Center, her Bio-Well "before scan" showed 9 organs in disbalance with several dipping into the lower energy range (orange).
She was also dealing with significant knee pain and inflammation.

CognoFlow is a 2-hour group experience in the Quantum Light Room using practices from Cognomovement that have been designed to gently awaken your system, release stuck patterns, and elevate your energetic state—so you step into your week renewed and grounded.

We begin with guided breathwork to calm the nervous system and open the body as a receptive channel for transformation. This prepares you for a focused 15-20 minute Cognomovement session, where we address energetic blocks, emotional patterns, or specific intentions through the unique somatic and neurological techniques of Cognomovement.

From there, the session flows into a spacious and nourishing experience in our Quantum Light Room, featuring The Light System (TLS) - the worlds largest Light System Center in the world! In this room, you will integrate the energy work for the remainder of the 2-hour experience.
