I have been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1980 and I have lived in Hillsborough, NC since 1979. Prior to becoming a REALTOR I worked as a golf professional at Bowden Golf Course in Macon, GA. I and attended Georgia Southwestern University in Americus, GA. studied business and became a member of Sigma Chi Fraternity. I have lived in the Caldwell community of Orange County NC since 1979. I have seen may changes in Orange County and the Triangle area since I have lived here. I know the area! I have seen development patterns and know where the next growth arears are! I enjoy matching buyers with their requirements, wants and needs. This area is possibly 'Finest Place in the World' to live because, of its FOUR Distinctive SEASONS none of which are too harsh or long, fine UNIVERSITIES which offer world class education - medical facilities & championship sports.
