“It is the nature of the world of form that nothing stays fixed for very long—and so it starts to fall apart again. Forms dissolve; new forms arise. Watch the clouds. They will teach you about the world of form.” —Eckhart Tolle

Those of us walking in the unknown are not behind. Often we’re in the most sacred, intimate part of our journey—where deep awakening meets the body, where the formless meets form. This is where the tender work happens. This is the heart of embodiment.

My work is a trauma-aware, presence-based, embodied practice that supports this integration—allowing whatever is emerging to be gently met, felt, and integrated through the body, the psyche, and the soul.

This work is about coming home to what’s already true and whole within you—and letting nothing of you remain outside the light.

If this resonates, I wrote more about it on Substack. The link is in the comments.
