Bethel Farm is a small yoga & living arts center in the woods of Hillsborough, NH. We offer an atmosphere conducive to deep inner reflection and self sadhana. Bethel Farm is a 501c3 non-profit organization and now accepts tax deductible donations. We welcome people to our yoga studio to practice and be in community together. We have weekly classes for all level practitioners. We also operate as a retreat center as well as a produce farm.

The earth is stretching toward the sun again. Let this be our season of soft expansion — moving with steady breath, planting intention, and tending to our inner garden. May our practice ground us, open us, and gently guide us back to balance — on and off the mat.

It’s the THIRD Friday of the month - which means it’s time for our monthly yoga & sauna with Melodie () ❄️🔥

The evening begins with a gentle yoga class led by Melodie Fallon. Following class, guests are invited to head outside to the wood fired sauna for a session with an optional cold plunge in the pond.

Event details:
• feel free to attend yoga, the sauna, or both!
• yoga - 5:45pm in the studio / $20 (you can use your class pass!)
• sauna - 7:15pm / $15
• attendance for both / $35
