Dear Valued Clients,
We are very excited to be reopening. It’s been a tough time for everyone and we are eager to serve our community again through our services. We are so grateful for your inquiries and continued support throughout this difficult time. And now, we are moving forward with the health and safety of everyone as our number one priority.
This means that we will be adapting our day-to-day operations in accordance with health and safety guidelines. Our staff members will follow CDC guidelines and wear masks during the entire service. We invite you to review the following information. Please be patient with us as we try to navigate this unprecedented time.
Appointment:
Please book your appointment at least one day in advance. We ask that you arrive on time and kindly respect touch-less greetings and goodbyes. Upon arrival, we will perform temperature check, as well as ask some routine questions regarding any possible contact with COVID 19.
Preventative measures:
Masks are required during your service. We will be operating at under 50% of our capacity. You are welcomed to bring your own blankets to use during the service, as we will not be providing blankets for during the service.
Sanitation:
We will be performing sanitation practices between each appointment slot. This includes cleaning all surfaces with a neutral germicidal cleaner, as well as sanitation of any tools used.
Payment:
We want to create a touch-less check out. For this reason, we will request your credit card information at the same time you book your appointment. We are also adding a $3 service fee to each visit. This fee will help us create the healthiest environment for your service.
Cancellations:
Please provide 24 hr cancellation notice. If you do not show for your appointment without cancellation, you will be charged for your appointment.
