Gentlemen, pull up a chair and pay attention.
Respect your lady,
cherish her,
love her when she can’t even love herself.
She doesn’t always want to talk.
Sometimes, she may just want to lay her head on your chest and just...be.
That’s when she needs you most of all,
Unconditionally and unequivocally.
Truth is, she may not even know why she feels upside down and inside out-
But she does know that she wants you there, holding her and making her feel safe.
In those quiet moments when she’s still and her breathing is all you hear..
Soak in the moments.
Those are the memories you’ll always cherish.
Just you, her and peace.
Her heart beating against yours.
She may have had a hard day, fought countless internal battles and even lost it a time or two..
So appreciate that about her.
Her resilience and strength aren’t about physical strength..
It’s the type of emotional courage that would bring us to our knees.
So, as you caress her hair and feel her resting heartbeat against you in the still of the night,
Cherish those feelings that only she can give-
They’re most beautiful emotions you’ll ever experience from a magnificent soul..
Her love.
Her company.
Her affection.
Just..her.
If you understand that about her, you’ll finally realize why she’s so amazing.
She’s deep, she’s loving, she’s beautiful..
But most of all, she’s magic.
