At the Annual fall meeting of the Michigan County Medical Care Facility group participants donate pet supplies and chose a county to receive the donations. Hillsdale County Medical Care Facility was chosen this year. Terry Esterline facility Administrator and Christi Thompson Controller brought back many supplies for the Greater Hillsdale Humane Society. The Humane Society holds a special place in our resident's hearts as monthly some of the pets from the society come to visit us. As you can see this activity is always a big hit!

On Tuesday, Veterans Day, we honored our Veterans with a program built around patriotic anthems and their impact on service men and women of this country. Each Veteran received a wooden flag to hang on their door and had their picture taken. Since 11/11 is also National Ice Cream Sundaes Day we enjoyed sundaes with a variety of toppings as part of the program. A heartfelt Thank You goes to the Veterans living at HCMCF and those across this nation.
