The Great Give event is a an initiative that encourages the entire community to support local, non-profits on a single and impactful day. On Tuesday, December 2nd, you can find us at The Hub Activity Center from 9am-4pm, accepting all generous donations!

Until then, early giving is now open! You can donate online at www.abouthccf.org, or in person at the Community Foundation Office, located at 2 S. Howell St. All proceeds raised, go directly to our services here at Hospice of Hillsdale County. We thank you for your consideration in helping us reach our goal!

Please join us on Friday, December 5th from 5pm-7pm for our Christmas from the Heart event, held in the Hillsdale County Courthouse lawn. Simply contact our office to reserve a candle in honor of your loved one, and take part in this community memorial service that is open to all. For any questions, please call 517-437-5252.

We are so excited and grateful to participate in the Hillsdale County Great Give event again this year. This event is an initiative that encourages the entire community to support local non-profits on a single, impactful day. On December 2nd, the 11th Annual Great Give will take place at the HUB Activity Center from 9am-4pm!

Early Giving for The Great Give 2025 has officially begun! With several ways to donate, we hope that you'll consider helping us reach our 2025 goal. All proceeds raised go directly to our provided services, and our ability to provide care to patients and their families, regardless of their ability to pay.

As your only, local non-profit hospice organization, we are honored to provide 5-star rated care to our community, and surrounding.

This evening is our last meeting for our current Grief Support Group curriculum. The upcoming break will extend three weeks rather than two, due to Thanksgiving. Our next Grief Support Group series will begin Thursday, December 4th. With any questions, please call our office at 517-437-5252.

In less than a month, several local non-profit organizations will be joining together for The Great Give Event 2025! On December 2nd, participating organizations will be at The Hub Activity Center from 9:00am-4:00pm, accepting donations to help support their services.

Can't make the event? Beginning Monday, November 10th, you can give early! Donate in person at the Hillsdale Community Foundation office or online at www.abouthccf.org. Will you help us reach out 2025 goal?

November is Hospice Awareness Month! Every week this month, we will share common misconceptions surrounding hospice care, in an effort to emphasize the level of care that is available to those in our community.

On Friday, December 5th, Hospice of Hillsdale County will be hosting Christmas from the Heart! This is a candle light memorial, and open to all in our community to join us. A special appearance and photos are available with Mr & Mrs Clause to follow this small ceremony.
