Registered Nurse – This personal nursing service is ideal for you or a family member who is overwhelmed with your health care needs.

• Medication Management - includes medication set up and reminders, calling in refills to pharmacy and physician office
• coordinate care between your doctors to ensure everyone “is on the same page”
• provide regular updates to family members to let them know how you’re doing and any changes in your medical condition

In-Home Caregiver:

• Light Housekeeping
• Meal Preparation
• Shopping / Medical Appointments
• Personal Care
• Companionship and respite care

Embrace Your Health is looking to hire a Part-time RN for medication management. This is a position that requires travel to client homes. We service clients in Hillsdale, Jackson and Lenawee Counties. Mileage or an automobile will be provided to qualified candidates.
