In honor of our April theme of the Boston Marathon, we brought the excitement right here to our community with our very own Hillsville Marathon!

Our amazing residents and associates laced up their sneakers, hit the course, and proudly crossed the finish line—each earning their very own medal for their hard work and determination. 💪🏅

Even our Regional Vice President of Operations, Mark, joined in on the fun, making the day even more special.

After the race, we celebrated with delicious milkshakes thanks to our wonderful friends at EmpowerMe Wellness! 🥤💙

It was a day full of energy, encouragement, and smiles all around. We are so proud of everyone who participated!

We loved welcoming our friends from Access Home Health Care and Rehabilitation as we celebrated the first day of spring back in March! 🌷☀️

Nothing says springtime like sweet treats and even sweeter company. Our residents had such a wonderful time enjoying delicious banana splits and great conversation.

It was such a great week of spotlighting the exceptional leaders who make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents, families, and fellow associates every day.

Apple turnovers anyone?! 🍏 🥐

Another successful as our amazing team showed us the tricks to creating a perfect apple turnover with vanilla glaze.

Residents prepared the dough, filled the turnovers with apples, and mixed up the sweet glaze. The best part? Enjoying the warm, delicious treat together! 😋

We ended up whipping up two different desserts last week: Mrs. Jane's special Preacher Cookies and Oreo Milkshakes to celebrate National Oreo Day.

Everyone had a wonderful time mixing, sharing stories, and of course taste-testing the sweet results. There’s nothing better than good company and homemade treats! 😋

had our Sweet Memories artists spending the afternoon painting beautiful palm trees and sunny beach scenes inspired by our travels to Miami this month! 🌴🎨

With bright colors, sandy shores, and swaying palm trees on their canvases, residents brought a little bit of the tropical sunshine indoors.

Each painting was unique and full of personality—just like the wonderful artists who created them as we celebrated our March theme! ✈️

The early bird catches the... fruit loop! 🐦🌈

What a great time making colorful rainbow bird feeders as the spring weather starts to make an appearance. We've missed being out in the courtyard basking in the sun just like our birds have.

Let's give them something to chirp about! Everyone was so giddy about this idea and were proud to help create a special snack for our feathered friends. 🏡

There were plenty of laughs, cheers, and some pretty impressive throws! Staying active and having fun together is always a home run.

With colorful chalk in hand, our Sweet Memories residents hand designed a bright shamrock outline to add to our decor. 🌈✨
