TOPS Chapter VA 0597 TOPS can help you reach your weight-loss goals by providing you with the tools, information, support, and accountability you need to be successful.

TOPS is a nonprofit organization with a membership fee of $32 per year, plus weekly dues. We encourage all members to safely work with their family doctor for specific diet and weight loss goals. We come together as a group for accountability, encouragement, support, and fellowship.

Update for Thur. Morning !!!

Looks like they are going to Keep Clarice on the C Pap today for as long as she can tolerate it !!! Her breathing Is Only 60% what the doctors want !!! If all stays the same the doctors are going to do a tracheotomy tomorrow !!!

Please Pray For Clarice's Breathing To Increase !!!
