Leading With Heart❤️🎉

Jesse Wilkins, Environment Services Director, is our next leading with Heart nominee. Jesse has a "do what it takes" attitude, and is always pitching in and helping do whatever is needed. Jesse is able to balance many different tasks and obligations at the same time. Additionally, Jesse always has great ideas on how to improve his department.

Everyone at Hilltop Center appreciates Jesse and all of his hard work, reliability, and his ability to show up for the residents and staff!

Leading with Heart❤️🩺

Judy Brandstetter, LPN, is our next Leading With Heart nominee by our Resident Council! Judy is described as a wonderful nurse who truly cares for the residents. Her main priority is providing great care and the residents recognize and appreciate all she does for them. She is a team player, always willing to set up and help out in any way that she can. Over her 10 years of services, she has not only build strong relationships with the residents but with the staff, as well.

August is Overdose Awareness Month and September is Recovery Awareness Month. Our team has been working with community partners to engage in outreach to raise awareness of these important issues.

Director of Post Acute Partnerships, Noel Franklin helped to prepare and serve our community at the Salvation Army in conjunction with Beckley ARH Hospital. Resources for recovery and support were provided to attendees. Testimonials of recovery and lifelines for support were shared with attendees, as well.

Michelle Hizer has been nominated for Leading with Heart! She has been a CNA here at Hilltop Center for 3 years. Not only does she show great compassion and respect toward our residents, but also for her coworkers. She is willing to help anyone in need, no matter the task.

Michelle Is the perfect example of "Two Hearts Beating As One." 💞

Theresa Toney, CNA, is our next Leading With Heart nominee, as she "Pours Her Heart Out" in the center daily. She has been a CNA for 8 years, and for the past 3 years she has shared her knowledge and compassion as one of our mentors. She provides training for newcomers and is willing to answer any questions anyone may have when it comes to her profession.
