It's time to Ignite our shadow side ladies! Part dance party, part shadow work, part sister circle. Allow something fierce and powerful to dance through you.

Shadow Ignite is not just a dance — it’s a reclamation. We don’t dance for beauty or perfection, we dance to awaken our sleeping power. We dance to reclaim everything we were taught to suppress, to tame, to hide away because it was feared by men.

Today we embrace the one they tamed first: The Wild Woman. She who runs barefoot and connects with the earth; she who refuses to be tamed; she who is free and fierce. Embody your inner Wild Woman and by doing so, connect to your untamed spirit, reclaim your autonomy, and revel in your fierce independence. You were never meant to be domesticated. You were meant to run with wolves and howl at the moon.

F*ck the fairytale series, because ya, it's time. Time we call out these "fairytales" for what they really are: lies from the Patriarchy meant to keep women controllable, small, and distracted.

First up: That women are your competition, the enemy. As though all women are meant to desire in this world is a man's attention (another lie!). They have pitted woman against woman, sister against sister, queen against princess and it will only stop when women look to other women and see themselves. Not someone to beat, or envy, or tear down. You do not shine less just because she is shining. If there are so few decent men that you feel you need to compete with another woman, then that's a problem men need to work on. It's not an excuse to tear down your sister. Instead, we should be lifting each other up, supporting each other, and shining the light on one another. It's not a contest.

Break the damn spell.

If you want to work on shedding The Good Girl programming, let's talk. In the words of Ursula, "It's what I do. Its what I live for." Join me in sister circle to rage it out, on the dance floor to reclaim your power in Shadow Ignite, or tune in to one of my Forbidden Fruit talks or my podcast The Serpent Signal. Let the shedding begin!

Women have a secret power that will always be underestimated by the Patriarchy. It comes natural to us. It's our innate desire to come together and protect one another. It's sisterhood. I have never felt closer to women around the world than I do now: as I bear heart-breaking witness to their profound suffering. This is what unites women differently than what unites men: our shared oppression.

While women are losing sleep over each news story to hit their feed, feeling their sister's pain across oceans and state-lines, we are being told to calm down and to only worry about ourselves by the men in our lives. But that's not how women work: we see another woman suffering and think, "That could be me." We share our stories, we share our pain, and we share our desire for safety and freedom. It is this invisible but unbreakable bond that women must now utilize. For when women can stand not just with their neighbor, but with all women around the globe, there will be no stopping us. It will be women, the givers & protectors of life, who will be the ones to save women, to save the world. If we can unite globally. I believe we can.

Excerpts from Ep. 13 of The Serpent Signal. Available on Substack and Spotify.

If you are a woman or love the women in your life, join us in solidarity for sign-waving and connection making from 11am-2pm Hilo Bayfront Beach Park. Together we will let the world know that Hawaii Stands With Women!

I'm through waiting for "good men" to save us - it's not going to happen. Why would the men who are responsible for the nightmare world women live in, change things? They built this! They benefit from women being silent, from holding all the power, from women being blamed for everything. Do we think one day they'll just wake up and regret centuries of oppression? I don't think so. Which means women must save ourselves. Who's with me?

This week's Serpent Circle prompt: What part of me is dying off so something new can grow?

As we venture into the dark half of the year, now is the time to embrace death because we know from death comes new life. It's natural, it's beautiful, it's necessary. The world is in a lot of pain, particularly women, children, animals, and the earth herself. Perhaps something is dying. But that means something new is getting ready to come about.

Join us (for free) Sundays at 10am HST (virtual) for Serpent Circle - sister circles for the awakened & enraged woman. We don't fix - we hold space. We feel & express grief, rage, pain, so that we can shed & transform it. You're not alone and you're not crazy. Link in bio.

Calling all my fellow sisters who seek to awaken their witchy side this Samhain season. I call you back to the fire on October 29th to ignite your inner Witch through dance. She is enraged and ready to reclaim her magic. Come let her remind you of your power.

Join me among the flames for Shadow Ignite - a conscious dance party to awaken the 5 faces of the Dark Feminine. This month, we gather to awaken the Witch - the one they taught us to fear first. Come to rage, to reclaim your power, and remember who you are. We meet online so if you're not a social butterfly, that's not a problem. Offering 2 times - 2pm HST and 6pm HST. Dig out your witchy attire, hang the cobwebs, and get ready to awaken!

Comment 'Witch' for the link to register. Link is also in bio.

This week's Serpent Circle reflection prompt: Where do I still apologize for my grief? In a patriarchal world, tears aren't acceptable. But grief is NOT shameful. It is proof that you have loved, cared, endured. Stop apologizing for your tears—they are holy water in a scorched world. Journal, leave a comment, or simply reflect on this for the week.

If you're an awakened & enraged woman, tired of feeling invalidated for your rage & grief, this circle was made for you. Free on Sundays on Zoom, 10am HST. Circles limited to 8 women, so registration is required. (More times will come if interest is expressed.) Comment CIRCLE for the link. Or find the link in my bio.

Walk away with powerful, practical tools to begin reclaiming your power and rewriting your story today.

The webinar WILL BE recorded, so if you aren't able to attend live, I'll email you the link to watch at your convenience! If this sounds like something you could use, don't hesitate. It's quick, it's free, and will be recorded in case you can't come live.
