Life Care Center of Hilo is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center located in Hilo, Hawaii.

Nestled in a quiet, residential area of Hilo, Hawaii, with picturesque views of Mauna Loa and Mauna Kea, Life Care Center of Hilo is the second-largest nursing home in Hawaii. Just 2 miles from the local hospital, we are the only facility with two special care units, making our nursing home a perfect choice for individuals in need of short-term rehabilitation, long-term care or post-operative recovery. Life Care Center of Hilo focuses on inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation with 24-hour skilled nursing care and a secured Alzheimer's and dementia unit. Our in-house rehabilitation and nursing teams create individualized, goal-oriented care plans for each resident and patient.

In addition to our skilled nursing and long-term care services, each Life Care Centers of America facility also offers on-site physical, occupational, and speech therapies. Over the years, our therapy teams across the nation have helped thousands of seniors improve function and mobility.
