Igor Siberia is a certified Breathwork Facilitator, Reiki Master and Theta Healing Practitioner, Light Worker and Energy Healer has spent the last 10 years gathering fuel for the fire of The Guardian Wellness Sanctuary. Igor has a Bachelorβs Degree in Civil Engineering that with time he transmitted to human engineering. His academic foundation coupled with his wilderness training sets him and his practice apart and provides a deeply enriching experience for his clients.
Igor is engaged in on-going education and mentorships to constantly enhance his practices. A few of his recent trainings include: "Discovering the Psychology of the Future: New Approaches for Self-exploration & Healing" by Stan Grof (father of Holotropic Breathwork), Inner Engineering by Sadguruh, "Unleash the power within" by Tony Robbins, and "Conscious Entrepreneurs Elevate Humanity Through Business" by Like Center to name a few.
Igor uses a blend of many different modalities such as intuitive guidance, transurfing reality, sacred symbols, strategic intervention coaching, reiki, theta healing, NLP, breathwork, psychology, active listening, ancestral health/nutrition (including plant medicines), yoga, life strategy, diversity awareness, emotional intelligence and forgiveness to help his clients. Other key components of Igorβs approach to Reiki and his experience include: the neuro mind, subconscious mind, self-motivation, healthy living, and sports.
Breathwork is a core component of Igor's wellness healing sessions. He emphasizes the importance and countless benefits of the connection with the breath through meditation and pranayama. Every wellness healing session with him starts and ends with therapeutic breathwork techniques or elements of yogic breathing.
Igor is an empath, highly intuitive, attuned to energy, vibration and the needs of others. A significant part of his life has been influenced by the healing, spirituality, yoga, meditation, arts, metaphysics and being guided by the universe to seek truth and enlightenment.
Igor has previously held roles as a software quality assurance engineer in the corporate realm. His last role was at βBetter everything for everyoneβ an e-commerce company focused on Health & Wellness Products. Igor also volunteers to feed the homeless and has also mentored for YearUp, a non-profit organization that helps young professionals land careers in IT.
