Chapter 2.
Dear February. It’s time. Time for a change. Time to shed old patterns. Time for transformation. I’m ready.
So excited to share a new beginning. A goal I set long ago. The start of my new class we’re calling FLEX, a dynamic, full-body workout that alternates between bursts of intense strength-building exercises and short recovery periods. It combines resistance training, bodyweight exercises, and cardio intervals to tone muscles, improve endurance, and burn calories efficiently. The class may include movements like squats, lunges, push-ups, and core exercises, often using weights and bands for added resistance, with the intensity and pace varying to keep your heart rate elevated throughout.
If you’ve ever attended a sculpt class at our studio, it’s a very similar concept but structured in a HIIT format to maximize calorie burn, endurance, and muscle building.
Starting this Wednesday @ 6:15pm and every Wednesday thereafter .
