Yoga invites us to be strong. Yoga invites us be flexible.
Yoga asks us to adapt. Yoga asks us to be resilient. Yoga asks us to be unattached and yoga asks us to let go.
And then...repeat.

And while there have been no shortage of challenges and obstacles over the last few months, there has also been some unexpected blessings. More time with friends and family.
More time at home to nurture and nourish ourselves. More time for self-care and self-love. MORE TIME!

One of the greatest blessings for me has been the opportunity to work privately and therapeutically with students and friends through the incredible modality of yoga. I've always taught privates but it's never been the core of what I do, and now...it is.

Whether it's temporary or where the fitness and yoga world is headed (many gyms, studios and centers are switching private, semi-private classes and new pricing structures more similar to personal training) I'm honored to continue to hold space and customize and personalize yoga either in person or virtually on zoom.

Payment is easy. We recommend buying your sessions as 6-packs for a discount and commitment, otherwise it's simply $85/hr. I will contact you for payment after you sign up on the calendar and please clarify if you are interested in zoom or in-person privates.
