I received a great question from a friend- "when does midlife begin?"
Here's my response:
Great question — and one I love.
There isn’t a single, fixed age when “midlife” begins. For many women, it can start anywhere from the late 30s to mid-50s, and sometimes it’s less about a number and more about a felt shift — changes in energy, hormones, priorities, identity, or a desire to realign with who you’re becoming.
What I want you to know is that you don’t have to be “in midlife” to be supported here.
We welcome women who are approaching midlife, in the middle of it, or simply feeling called to create a more aligned, empowered next chapter.
Our work focus is on supporting you through physical, emotional, mental, and life-transition changes — building clarity, confidence, body connection, healthy boundaries, nervous-system regulation, and a renewed sense of purpose.
It’s about meeting you where you are and helping you feel strong, grounded, and excited about what’s ahead.
You’re very welcome here.
