Ever heard of the 20-20-20 rule?

It’s a simple practice: every 20 minutes, look away from your screen and focus on something about 20 feet away for at least 20 seconds. On the surface, it’s about relaxing your eyes but it’s also a powerful reminder to step out of the mental tunnel we live in when we’re always “on.”

When we pause to look up, we reconnect with our body, our breath, and the world beyond the glowing rectangle in front of us. This small habit helps us release tension, expand our awareness, and remember that life is happening outside the tasks and deadlines. The world needs your attention and you need it too. 👁️✨

Sometimes nature hides her healing secrets in the most unexpected places. 🌳
