We are open!
In an effort to prevent the transmission of the COVID-19, we have implemented some changes that you will see at your next dental appointment.
We will be contacting you by phone before your visit to ask you pre-screening questions. Please be sure to inform us if there have been any changes in your contact information, insurance coverage and health history at this time.
We encourage you to come 10 minutes before your appointment time. The Doctors and Hygienists are not able to see any patients that arrive late to their appointment time. When you arrive please call or text us to let us know you are here waiting in the parking lot. We will contact you to come in when we are ready for you. Before you enter our office, we will check your temperature and oxygen level. We will also provide hand sanitizer before procedures upon entering and leaving the office. Masks will be required to enter the office for everyone except for children. If you have an above normal temperature or low oxygen levels, your appointment will have to be rescheduled.
Due to CDC recommendations, our waiting room will be closed at this time and only the patient will be allowed into the office. Exceptions will be made for a caregiver who is accompanying a patient that is elderly or special needs and 1 parent/guardian of a child age 2 or under who is scheduled for a routine exam.
If your child is scheduled with the children's dentist, Dr. Brice Takata, your child may be in the same room with children from other families, but please be assured that we will abide by social distancing guidelines between patients.
If you would prefer to reschedule your appointment due to concerns of COVID-19, we understand. Please contact our office. During this time, there will be no penalty for last minute rescheduling.
These policies are in response to COVID-19 and are subject to change. Also, please note appointments may still need to be rescheduled to allow for maximum social distancing and increased sanitation procedures. We will make any necessary adjustments as needed to ensure the safety of our patients and staff.
We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
