We have so many exciting things in store for this new year, including Amy Bond’s workshop on February 1st 1:30-3:00 pm! Spots are filling up quickly, so be sure to register at polehi.com 👠👠

If you are looking for an all women’s class, we have indicated them with a pink heart on the weekly schedule. 🩷

We also have classes taught in sign language, which are listed as ASL classes.

Description:
This workshop focuses on the hard style of heels, what we call Force Technique. We’ll learn how to harness the momentum and explosive force your body can create
with the pole and the floor to perform exciting, jaw dropping heels tricks. We’ll crack the code of how to safely build these elements from the ground up to add a new level of freedom and power to your dance. This workshop will explore:
- Throws
- Drop Splits
- Triple Spin (Directional Changes)
- Arabesque Get Ups (Pop Ups)
