SUMMER SAFETY TIPS FOR SENIORS!

1. Boost hydration.
2. Slather on sunblock and dress appropriately.
3. Know when to stay inside.
4. Keep medications up to date and properly stored.
5. Prevent trips and falls.
6. Take frequent travel breaks.
7. Watch out for hyperthermia symptoms.
8. Stay in touch.
