6 Days Whole-Body Health Retreat, Hawaii
You'll be provided all the tools needed to go about your self-healing journey, to adventure, learn, grow, connect and expand, to gain a deeper understanding of how to maintain optimal wellness for many years to come.
Daily schedule will include:
3 light, nourishing meals
yoga & meditation (1 or 2X daily)
nature adventure or free time
whole body wellness workshop (1 or 2X daily)
Meals include organic juices, detoxifying elixirs, soups, salads, all vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and nutritious.
