True strength can be found in the gentleness of life. Power isn’t seen, it’s felt. And what is felt lies beneath the cries of all power struggles to the depths of our being as Love - the only thing that is real.

Gentleness can be found in both the masculine and feminine. In the masculine as calm, grounded strength and awareness, for example. And in the feminine as receptive, creative, intuitive, and interconnected.

In Hawaii, the land, the aina, and its people have taught me that real mana (life force) doesn’t boast, it is felt beyond all belief of a divided world - it comes to you in gentle calling, often stronger when you have forgotten, as a reminder that the energies of the universe move you like the currents of the ocean to the great sea of oneness.

Jo Dunning used to talk about gratitude a lot. Even when I was immersed in a dark place, she would say, find anything to be grateful for even if it’s the thing itself that’s causing you to feel anything other than that. Additionally, she’d talk about how gratitude is linked to abundance. She said:

“Gratitude is a vital step in the flow of abundance. It is a powerful magnet which keeps us in the flow and aligned with receiving all the wonderful things we desire. Fill yourself with gratitude all the time, even about the small and seemingly simple things in your life. There is always something to be grateful about. When you notice a little of what you want flowing to you, take a moment and be grateful for what you have received, regardless of how big or small it may be. Be grateful and say thank you.”

In a world that appears to be divided, There is only ever one Truth beyond the illusion of a “world” that appears divided - and that is that You Are Love and Joy is your natural state, and you are one with The Original One, our Creator.

If we ask, strive, and desire for this one thing, and to remember we are the creator of our reality… and come together with our brothers and sisters at the same time, no president, no establishment, no external perceived authority will have any effect over our lives. Division cannot exist in the presence of Love.
