As Merrie Monarch Festival continues here in Hilo, we’re holding deep appreciation for the kumu hula, hālau, musicians, artisans, and ‘ohana who bring this beautiful celebration of culture, story, and legacy to life.

This week is something special and we feel so fortunate to witness it in our hometown ❤️

Parade Day (Saturday, April 11):
• Morning Bikram is canceled
• Warm Slow Flow with Cassidy moves to 8:30–9:30AM

Road closures will be in effect, so please allow extra time for parking and getting to class.

We’ll also be opening our upstairs lobby for casual parade viewing, overlooking the route. Stop by, take it in, and share the moment with us 🌺
