Genes are not fixed. Epigenetics controls which genes turn on or off. Even identical twins with the same inherited disease can have completely different outcomes. One went blind, the other didn’t. Belief in inevitability can limit our willingness to heal.

The body’s energy isn’t only influenced by food; cellular energy and balance play a key role in how we feel and function.

Low cellular energy often shows up as fatigue first and can make the body more vulnerable, while symptoms come from the immune response, not the virus itself.

Supporting the body’s internal terrain helps reduce stress on cells and maintain resilience.

Healing begins when we address the emotional roots behind physical illness.

German New Medicine focuses on resolving psycho-emotional trauma to support natural recovery.

The body has an incredible ability to heal when toxins are released and balance is restored. Combining emotional and physical healing creates a more complete approach to wellness.

True healing honors both the mind and the body. 🌱

Belief shapes biology, and what we’re told can become what we live. When we say, “it’s impossible,” that idea can quietly turn into a self-fulfilling prophecy.

But the patients who heal are often the ones who trust their inner knowing and refuse that story.

Studies show that mindset, doctor or patient, accounts for nearly half the healing outcome. What you believe doesn’t just matter, it participates in the result. 🔥🙌

Surgery is controlled trauma, and aggressive treatments place the body under extreme stress. Many believe illness often appears where the body has already been wounded, physically or emotionally.

Scar tissue, blocked circulation, and unresolved stress may all play a role.

Healing might require more than destruction.

It might require understanding.

Binocular vision rehab helps your two eyes work together better. When your cyclopean eye moves toward the center, you use more of your brain, get richer visual info, and improve depth perception. Even though some studies say vision is “inside the skull,” we actually see out in the world. ✨

We may specialize in the eye, but we always look at the whole person. When you change your diet, start exercising, or try natural therapies, the real question is how your body responds. If nothing changes, it may mean your system isn’t regulating well. Healing is about restoring your body’s ability to respond and adapt. Through the right inputs and observation, we discover what truly supports your healing. ✨

Treating a disease isn’t the same as healing it. In fact, the very act of labeling something a disease might be creating more harm than good. This conversation goes deep into how language, diagnosis, and systems of control shape our experience of illness.

Healing is not always a smooth, linear path and that’s okay. Our ancestors, just 100 or 200 years ago, understood something we often forget: symptoms are not always signs of illness. Sometimes, they’re signs of release. Of the body doing its job.

When something doesn't belong in the body, physically, emotionally, energetically, it tries to come out. That process can feel uncomfortable. It can look like illness. But it's actually part of the healing. Instead of suppressing the symptom, ask what your body is trying to tell you.

Healing means allowing. Trusting. Supporting the body, not silencing it. Let’s return to that wisdom. Let’s normalize healing as a messy, powerful, sacred process.

When the body is truly well, it cleanses without symptoms, no fevers, no colds, just quiet balance. Dr. Glen explains that symptoms like the flu or a mild fever aren't always signs of illness, but indicators that the body is actively detoxing and rebalancing. When we're not fully sick but not fully well, the body uses these symptoms to push out what it doesn’t need. It’s not breaking down—it’s healing. Understanding this changes how we view everyday health issues.
