Medicine Woman Dance Medicine Woman Dance is energy medicine in motion. We hold dances, sacred ceremony, workshops and one on one energy medicine sessions. So it begins.....

Recently moved to Hilo Hawaii. A few years ago I attended my first Fire Dance with the Otterdance community following my core Shaman training with Robbie Otterwoman. It was a profound experience and this company is based on visions I had in that dance over the last few years to fill a need in our community. In ancient times, if you went to a Shaman, one of the first things they would ask of you is, 'when was the last time you danced?" as dancing, singing, ceremony and talking of our dreams was a part of every day life. We have yoga classes, but not dance classes unless they are focused on performance. My vision for these hour long dances continue to evolve and will be intuitively led. In July of 2017 I climbed Mt. Shasta and as far up as I could go, I found one flat rock and I danced the dance I visioned, at around 11,000 ft in elevation. In that moment I felt absolutely one with everything, and that these dances were key to bringing energetic health to others as well. So here I am, saying YES, jumping off that rock at Mt. Shasta into the "real world" and making it happen. I plan to take these dances as they are shown to me around the world and dance steps of gratitude and joy all over the Earth. I hope that many like minded people will join me!
