Our Medical Director, Dr. Grady Stumbo
Carries the cross on Good Friday. This is an annual event with our local church Hindman United Methodist Church. The cross is carried by many participants from the Perry/Knott line to the Knott/ Floyde line. A very emotional and meaningful event.

As our year ends, please remember to take care of yourself. COVID-19 has prevented a lot of our normal activities, but your health should not be one of them.

******IMPORTANT NOTICE ****
We are not changing our hours or closing during the Corna COVID-19 outbreak.

The Staff at East Kentucky Health Service Center is here and prepared to treat our patients as just as we have for the last 48 years.
We are following the CDC published guidelines for health care facilities, and will be here for our patients and our community through out this COVID-19 health care crisis.
If you suspect you have come into contact with someone who has COVID-19, have a fever above 100, have shortness of breath, please call our clinic prior to your arrival. We have a separate waiting area for people who suspect they may have COVID-19. You can call us upon your arrival, and we can es**rt you in from your car, or direct you to the other waiting area upon check in.
We will remain open at our regular hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 am-4:30pm, with late clinic hours on Thursday until 7:00pm. We will continue to follow our patients in the hospital, and nursing home.
We urge everyone to follow the guidance of our State and Federal leaders and continue to limit your contact with others. Maintain “Social Distancing” and wash your hands and clean your surroundings often.
Again, we are open to see our regular office appointments, and will be ready to see any other health conditions that arise.
