🤧 Feeling a little under the weather? 🤒

The American Dental Association recommends switching out toothbrushes every 3-4 months— and even sooner if you’ve been unwell.

Some viruses can remain on toothbrushes and wet surfaces for up to 72 hours (3 days! 🤯).

Replacing your toothbrush after recovering from colds, flu, strep throat, and other illnesses is a healthy habit to keep! 🪥🦷❤️✨

To celebrate, we are sharing a fun dental fact about our furry friends. 🦷

Groundhogs have teeth that never stop growing!

In fact, their four large incisors grow at a rate of about 1/16 inch per week (or 3 1/4 inches per year!)

Gnawing on plants, roots, and wood as they tunnel underground helps to keep their growing teeth in check.
