This is such a great example of what we see every day from new floaters. They walk in with all kinds of stress and tension on their face. When they come out from the float, their face is soft and relaxed. It's wonderful for us to see.

It's a lovely Sunday morning Float Fans.

My husband and I decided we needed a float. We had breakfast at First Watch then came to The Healing Lounge at Get Tanked Float Center for a float and Soundwave massage. We do not float together...I'm a 30-45 minute floater with lights and music. I stretch and yoga while I'm in there. My husband is a 60-90 minute, no light no music.

There are so many things left to do for Christmas. We have BIG things happening in the New Year.
And... this next week is our 5th year anniversary!

This week we host the last Soldier Recovery Unit- Fort Stewart as the unit is closing. We have hosted hundreds of soldiers from the unit over the last four years. It has been a great pleasure to bless them in our own small way.

We will be closed from December 21st to January 2nd.
