Good morning float fans! Today's topic...Infrared sauna. It's a dry heat sauna. You are heated from the inside out. After about 15 minutes your pores open up and sweat starts to flow.
The infrared sauna helps with muscle recovery, pain relief, improved circulation, detoxification and weight loss. There are more benefits...Dr. Google can tell you about them.
*if you have metal parts, pain pump or pace maker infrared sauna is not recommended.

We had a great time at the Best of Liberty banquet last night. Thank you to Addie Carpenter and the Coastal Courier for putting on a wonderful evening.
This is our 5th year winning Best of Liberty in one category or another. We are honored.

One week from today Dr. Cooke, Advanced Chiropractic will start seeing patients here at The Healing Lounge at Get Tanked Float Center. We have been working hard to get this place ready. Today we have been putting the final touches on the lobby.

The cabin is 8 feet long, 6 feet wide and tall enough for a 6'3 person to stand up in. But you do not stand to soak...the water is only 10 inches deep with 1500 pounds of Epsom salt dissolved into it. The air and water is the same temperature as your skin...it's like a warm silky hug.
