Week one is down! I hope you were able to Move a little more last week.
Week two of the May, KBell Shape Challenge:
- Lets get outside! Take a 1 or 2 mile walk. Try for two to three times this week. While outdoors, stop and take it all in. As the old saying goes (Stop and smell the roses)
- Work in 20 minutes of movement each day. Don’t forget it can be dancing, running, aerobics, Zumba, biking, or marching in place. Just move! 😊
- Drink 7 Cups of water each day
- Take 3 Minutes for Meditation / Reflection each day (Sit quietly, Talk to God, Read a couple of pages in a book, write in a journal)
- One day during the week Do Something For Yourself! Last week I took time to read some pages from a book I am reading. It is important to take care of yourself so, get a massage, take a painting class, read a book, get your nails done, or have your hair done. Do something for you! 😊
