FLEMINGTON — A long-awaited and eagerly anticipated event occurred Wednesday morning alongside Highway 84. Ground was broken on the Publix shopping center in Flemington, and clearing of the tract is underway. Officials expect the Publix store to be finished in about nine months.

Week one is down! I hope you were able to Move a little more last week.
Week two of the May, KBell Shape Challenge:
- Lets get outside! Take a 1 or 2 mile walk. Try for two to three times this week. While outdoors, stop and take it all in. As the old saying goes (Stop and smell the roses)

- Work in 20 minutes of movement each day. Don’t forget it can be dancing, running, aerobics, Zumba, biking, or marching in place. Just move! 😊

- Drink 7 Cups of water each day

- Take 3 Minutes for Meditation / Reflection each day (Sit quietly, Talk to God, Read a couple of pages in a book, write in a journal)

- One day during the week Do Something For Yourself! Last week I took time to read some pages from a book I am reading. It is important to take care of yourself so, get a massage, take a painting class, read a book, get your nails done, or have your hair done. Do something for you! 😊
