🌿 Today is World Mental Health Day.

A day to remind ourselves and others that mental health is just as important as physical health.

This year’s reminder: “It’s okay to not be okay.”

Healing takes time, and seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness.
Take a moment today to check in with yourself and someone you care about. A simple “How are you really doing?” can make a difference.

ISAIAH Wellness stands for:
• Awareness
•Open Conversations
• Support
•Healing

We see you. We hear you. We love you💚

Together, we can end the stigma and remind others that there’s always help and hope. 🌿 🦋

You are not alone. 💚

Even on the days when it feels like no one understands, someone does.
Even in the moments when you feel unseen, you are still valued.
Your story matters, your voice matters, you matter.

Let this be your reminder today, reach out, talk to someone, or simply take a moment to breathe. Healing takes time, but you don’t have to go through it alone. 💚✨

✨ Say “NO” to one thing tonight ✨

Your mental health matters. 💚 Sometimes the best form of self-care is creating space by saying no. Whether it’s to extra tasks, negative thoughts, or unnecessary stress.

✅ Say “no” to overcommitting.
✅ Say “no” to comparing yourself to others.
✅ Say “no” to what drains your peace.

Because every “no” creates room for your yes to rest, healing, and joy. 🌱

🌱 Mental Health Myth vs. Fact 🌱

Myth: Talking about mental health makes you look weak.

Fact: Opening up about your struggles is a sign of strength and courage. It takes bravery to ask for help and to break the silence. 💚

At ISAIAH Wellness, we believe conversations save lives. Let’s continue to replace stigma with understanding.

💬 What’s a mental health myth you’ve heard before? Drop it in the comments and let’s set the record straight together.

🌱 Give yourself permission to start small.
🌱 Be proud of the progress you make today.
🌱 Remember, forward is forward.

Whether it’s healing, setting new goals, or making time for self-care, small steps lead to big change. 💚

✨ Safe Place Visualization Practice ✨

When life feels overwhelming, having a mental “safe place” can help you reset and calm your mind. 🌿

🧘🏽‍♀️ Try this practice:

1.Close your eyes and take a slow, deep breath.

2. Imagine a place where you feel safe, peaceful, and free—maybe a beach, a quiet forest, or even a cozy room.

3. Picture the details: the sounds, smells, colors, and feelings of that space.

4. Stay there for a few minutes, allowing your body to relax and your mind to find ease.

Whenever stress or anxiety rises, return to your safe place. You can carry it with you wherever you go.

You deserve peace. You deserve safety. 💚

✨ Slow Down ✨

You don’t have to do it all at once. Give yourself permission to take it one task at a time. 💚

Your peace of mind matters more than your to do list. Breathe, focus, and move gently.
