๐๐ฎ๐ถ๐๐น๐ถ๐ปโ๐ ๐๐ป๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐๐: Exercise: a good group class for added motivation. Going to the beach, family time, trying new restaurants, golf, pickleball (for the social aspect of it!),and reading.
๐๐ฎ๐ถ๐๐น๐ถ๐ปโ๐ ๐ฆ๐ฒ๐น๐ณ-๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐ฅ๐ผ๐๐๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ: โIโm an avid gym and Peloton person - I try to incorporate movement into most days, this could also just be chasing my kids around! It makes me feel grounded and more productive, ideally working out early morning works best for me. I also love a good skin care routine to wrap up busy days, makes me incorporate self-care into every day, even on the days that don't allow much "me" time.โ
๐๐ฎ๐ถ๐๐น๐ถ๐ปโ๐ ๐ฃ๐น๐ฎ๐๐น๐ถ๐๐: โI love music from all genres and eras, some of my favorites include Grace Potter, Rainbow Kitten Surprise, Zach Bryan, and the Revivalists.โ
