We are a small, family owned & operated hospice company that serves all who need us throughout the state of Massachusetts.

For nearly 12 years New England Hospice has been serving patients and families facing serious illnesses and providing support to those who have lost loved ones. We maintain that hospice is about life and the quality of time we have left. New England Hospice typically provides 9-14 hours a week of additional care- more than twice the national average! Our team is available 24/7 in order to meet the needs of our patients and families whenever necessary. New England Hospice recognizes how difficult it is to forego curative treatment and we are always available for education, support and guidance to help you through this difficult time and provide your loved one with the quality of life and comfort that they deserve.

As a small company, we take pride in going the extra mile by providing personalized experiences, activities, and gifts for any patient under our care. We take the extra steps to ensure every patient experiences meaningful and respectful care during their end of life process.

💙 Grief is more than what meets the eye.
When someone loses a loved one, we often notice the sadness or tears — the part of grief that’s above the surface. But beneath it lies so much more: loneliness, confusion, guilt, fear, yearning, and countless emotions that aren’t always visible.
If you’re grieving, know this: every feeling — seen or unseen — is valid. And you do not have to navigate them alone. 🌊
Let’s give ourselves and each other the grace to acknowledge the whole iceberg, not just the tip.

💙 August is National Bereavement Month — a reminder that grief doesn’t end after the funeral, and neither does our care.
At New England Hospice, we walk alongside families not only during a loved one’s final days, but long after. Our bereavement services continue for up to 13 months after a loss, offering:
