What’s the best part of yoga practice? Savasana! What makes Savasana even better? Cool lavender cloths made with organic lavender essential oil. The weather looks perfect to start yoga at King Oak Hill Wednesday! And there’s almost always a soft breeze there. Bring a block and strap if you have one. A large beach towel can work as these and men’s ties or a bathrobe tie make great straps. 8:30am 7/16 no class 8/20. Rest rooms and plenty of parking on site. Suggested donation $10. Cash preferred. Venmo and Zelle accepted as well. Drop me a note if you’re coming…I want to be sure I have enough lavender cloths for Savasana…🥰

Beachy Hair Repair! To help repair damage caused by sun, salt and chlorine…so basically summer 😎argan, jojoba and almond oils with vitamin e. Organic essential oils: frankincense & orange, lavender or unscented. You can add any oil you want to the unscented (see next photo) maybe tea tree, peppermint, ylang ylang…so many choices and no extra cost. $25, start with just a few drops and add as needed. Works on dry, damp or wet hair. Bonus: they can double as facial oil and/or cuticle oils!
