My name is Lizzy Sullivan, and I’m from Weymouth, MA. I began my journey with All Points as an intern and recently completed my first year working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

Working with individuals with developmental disabilities has always been a passion of mine. I have a brother with Down syndrome who I love and enjoy caring for — he’s a big reason why I was drawn to this field.

This fall, I’m excited to begin graduate school to further my education in Applied Behavior Analysis.

For anyone considering a career in ABA — do it! Being an RBT is incredibly rewarding. I learn something new every day from my clients, coworkers, and supervisors. It’s a field full of growth, support, and meaningful impact.
