Now that I’ve finished the program, I realize that learning the routine earlier would have allowed me to attend classes at Krigsman with more confidence, starting sooner rather than later. Krigsman’s Roots

Krigsman’s foundation, at its roots, is built from a passion and desire to share the gifts that yoga has given us. The practice always challenges us to see what we are capable of. It’s not easy, and it shouldn’t be; it’s there to challenge us. If it didn’t, then how would we be able to see how strong and capable we really are? The quality of your yoga practice is not defined by how flexible you are or what fancy poses you can do. It’s a deeper experience that is gifted to you through sincere effort. Yoga requires curiosity, humility and commitment. Krigsman is here for you. We invite you to come on in, step out of your comfort zone because it’s time for you to see what's possible!
