Welcome to Nourish by V. I am Veronika, but call me "V". I am a Yoga Teacher and a Sound Healer.🕉🫶
Due to my cervical scares early in my thirties, I have decided that something had to change. Over the last few years, I’ve become more and more passionate about food, yoga, sound healing and wellbeing in general and how a blend of all can help you heal and look after your mind, body, and soul. I didn’t have a helping hand to guide me out of the place where I was punishing my body to show me a way of nourishing myself and finding that self-acceptance, but I don’t want anyone to have to go through that alone, so that’s what I do now, I help people live happier, healthier lives by helping them nourish themselves through food, gentle exercise, and wellbeing. I am teaching yoga classes, hosting yoga retreats and sound healing workshops across Newbury, Hermitage, Wasing, Highclere. My goal is clear, I would like to help you with your physical and mental wellbeing, so come and join me on the mat and BE PRESENT for yourself. ✨️THEM: "Does Your Business Really Work?"✨️
My answer is 100% - all the long hours of teaching, planning, and creating do pay off.
You see; the reviews really matter, especially as you run your business on your own, as it reassures me that I am on the right path.
So, if you have ever experienced the magic of healing I offer, I would appreciate your review as it means the world and helps to be visible in front of others who may need my help.
Sending love,

✨️Retreats are about putting yourself first and reconnecting with yourself.✨️
As I always say; "You are a foundation of it all," and it truly is the case.
Yoga Retreats are really not just about yoga and sound healing. They are really about reconnection with yourself. Shutting the outside noise and come back to yourself.
Find your inner child once again and give your nervous system what it desires, and that is to slow down and BE. You are important, and investing into yourself is a necessity to be the best version of yourself for yourself and your loved ones.
The world is upside down, and more than ever before, we need to look after our nervous system and protect our energy as much as we can.
I am reflecting on my first Yoga Weekend Retreat/Holiday of 2026 and acknowledging how grateful I am to be able to call this MY WORK. Seeing you all blossom and grow is my favourite feeling in the world. My TRIBE is incredible. ✨️🙏🏻
My Glasto weekend retreat in November is now SOLD OUT (waiting list), but I have another one in planning, which I will share with you very soon.
Sending lots of love your way and don't forget to breathe, as the climate, we all live in unpredictable times - so let's live in the moment.
Sending love to you all.

✨️The upgrade, we didn't know we needed in our wonky cottage....
We have a new front door - what do you think? Let me know in the comments...✨️🙏🏻
We didn't realise that we needed to replace the front door until we moved in. The door was wooden, very drafty, so you could hear the noise way too much, and also condensation caused a dump around the edges - joy of living in a 300 years old cottage. I am still learning and understanding things.
So we replaced it for thick composite door which has better insulation. We waited 5 months for the door to be installed, and there were so many battles with the installation. The installers the company we chose was hiring for the installation (some of them) were rude, and they didn't care if the door would fit or not. The company we chose promised us any colour and style. Originally, the new door was supposed to be yellow, but then we got a phone call from the company which sold us yellow door that it's not possible - so, we were very limited with the colours and the only colourful pick was sage green again - but it looks fresher. We will change the handles, and I am already looking at a bee knocker.
Now, I want to sort the back door - but we certainly need to recover from this experience and the financially. The cost of doors is just madness. 😮
We have learnt a lot through this process, and let's just say that living in a 300 years old wonky cottage has its challenges when it comes to sizes and fitting.🤦♀️
Onwards and upwards - let's keep on moving with the new kitchen project - there will be time when I will be without the kitchen completely again - give me strength....💪🤦♀️.
Sending love to you all who are going through some house project changes - it really can have a massive toll on us.

✨️February, you were magical through many lows and highs. Through many laughs and tears, you uplifted my spirit and show me that things can be a bit lighter. Here are some snippets.🥰
•Hubby moved all the kitchen floor rubbish from our cottage courtyard - it made such a difference to my energy.🙏🏻
•I went to view a couple of new retreat venues, and it was wonderful to see something different and potentially to host my retreats there.🧘♀️
•I hosted a women circle and a private get-together session for wonderful women.🫶
•Lovely Alice, supplied her yummy treats for my workshop around 4 times in Feb. They are soon good and she is a lovely small business owner with a good heart. 🤩
•My nan has gone and left this Earth 3 years ago. And honouring her is always emotional. She was a strong woman and some bits, I certainly have from her.
•The biggest croissant post teaching goes to Milk & Bean, of course.
•Back of our kitchen is taking shape - yay. Hubby works so hard.
•I started cooking and exploring with food again. I love the zero waste tips which I am planning to share.
•Wonderful worshop with Mandy, making our own earrings post yoga and sound healing.❤️
•Spring is slowly coming. I am ready for it. As I slowly am exploring iur garden and sorting all the weeds.🎊
•Yummy breakfast is always a MUST.
•Magical sunrises and sunsets are what bring me JOY.☀️
•Another magical corporate event delivered.
•My first weekend yoga and sound retreat arrived.
•Avebury, we love you.
•Moon is powerful and beaming.🌕

✨️Life Lately✨️
Life lately has been pretty steady, I mean, it's certainly needed after the start and rollercoasters we have faced at the beginning of this year.
Since returning from the Glasto retreat, which I gifted to myself, I have felt a bit more grounded and settled. Once again, it proves to me that the retreats are not just retreats. They really are reset and reconnection for your mind and body.
Eating incredible food whilst supporting beautiful local businesses. This really reminds me how important it's to support locals, as I am, in fact, one of them too. But then, when you top it off with supporting beautiful humans, it's the best you can do.
I have run women's circles and a private event in my beautiful Zen of Happiness Cabin. I adored it so much - I love my space so much. Eventually, I have more plans with it, which I can't wait to share.
Our kitchen renovation in our wonky cottage is slowly moving forward, and his knees are slowly improving. My husband is working so hard, and don't worry, there were plenty of tears this month, too, but we are trying to keep moving forward. Hubby is incredible - he is so smart and knows so much. I am one lucky girl.✨️🙏🏻
Honoured my nan - 3 years without you, and it still feels strange. You are so very missed. 🥺
I came back to cooking and exploring, and I love it.. I have so many more recipes on the way. Food is my joy, as well as movement and slowing down.
I hosted another magical Friday reset at Beedon Village Hall - 17 humans joined me - so grateful.🙏🏻✨️
Connected with nature, love exploring in our garden, and plenty of car travels.
Despite the challenges, I am forever grateful for what I am/we are creating.
And SPRING IS COMING - it really is slowly coming our way, and honestly, it makes such a difference.
Life is good and worth living, despite the darkness that tests us and appears from time to time.
I am grateful to all of you who support what I do, keep booking on my yoga and sound events, retreats, Access Bars treatments - YOU ALL ROCK.

Hi everyone, welcome to my page ‘Nourish Kitchen by V’!!
This page is here to help you cook delicious, nourishing meals, exercise in a gentle way that works for YOU and make your wellbeing a priority. It’s all about nourishing (not punishing) your body.
We are a chatty, supportive community where I share my pointers on nourishing your body. I also encourage everyone in the group to share their tips and ideas and get involved in the conversation.
A little about me, my name is Veronika aka “V”. Originally from Czech, I’ve been living in the UK for almost 14 years now. I’ve always been passionate about food and baking but in the last few years my eating habits have changed following some struggles with my health.
Since 2015 I have been struggling with cervical abnormalities. Turning 30 was a rollercoaster of biopsies and only recently I’ve had another biopsy and treatment called LLETZ.
The results came back clear. The. Best. News. EVER!
I continue to be closely monitored, as unfortunately, the abnormalities can easily come back. But changing my lifestyle in response to these challenges is the best thing I’ve done. I’ve learned so much about the benefits of nutrient-rich food, movement, meditation and what impact it has on our bodies. And now I want to share the power of nourishing (not punishing) your body with you.
I’m delighted to have you here on this journey with me.
