✨ Wellness Wednesday: Try this neck stretch!
If you sit at a desk, drive a lot, or stare at your phone often — this one’s for you:
1️⃣ Sit tall
2️⃣ Tilt your ear toward your shoulder
3️⃣ Gently hold your head for a deeper stretch
4️⃣ Hold 15–30 seconds, repeat other side
Neck tension is real. Stretch it out.
