Last week we had the honor of celebrating the birthday of someone who truly embodies the heart of The Arc 💙✨ Fong Koo wears many hats in our community, she lives in one of our residential group homes, serves on our Board of Directors, and is also a valued Arc employee. We celebrated her special day with her meal of choice, delicious Chinese cuisine, and our CEO Liz even made her a special sugar-free cake just for her 🎂💐 Happy Birthday, Fong Koo! We’re so grateful to celebrate you today and always!

We’re celebrating 75 years of impact and launching an exciting new program! The Arc of the South Shore has been selected to pilot a new Home-Based Residential Supports (HBRS) model that helps adults with significant medical or behavioral needs live at home with their families rather than moving into a group home.

We are looking for a compassionate, experienced Program Director to help lead this important work.
As Program Director, you will:
✨Support individuals and families in their homes
✨Coordinate medical, clinical, and behavioral services
✨Lead a caring, person-centered team
✨Help us build a program that could shape the future of disability services in Massachusetts’ South Shore

This program is specially designed for children and teens with autism and related disabilities, providing structured support and meaningful social engagement in a welcoming environment 💙
