Our Story

The Residence at Penniman Hill is a stunning new Independent, Assisted and Memory Care living community located just minutes from the Derby Street Shoppes in picturesque Hingham at 276 Whiting Street. Whether enjoying Hingham’s historic Main Street, which Eleanor Roosevelt called the most beautiful in America, or a harbor sunset, residents can take advantage of the area’s finest attractions. Hingham is truly a place of rich culture and a vibrant lifestyle.

The Residence at Penniman Hill is a state-of-the-art, 89,000 s/f building and will feature 90 Independent, Assisted and Memory Care living apartments for local seniors. Residents will have private apartments with a kitchenette and bath, along with the peace of mind of 24-hour security, three delicious, chef-prepared meals served daily, fitness center, available laundry and cleaning services, a full engagement program, building and grounds maintenance, and other optional services.

Our Reflections Memory Care neighborhood is renowned for its approach, and benefits from our partnership with Brigham & Women’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School.
