THE CENTER FOR MOVEMENT HINGHAM NEWS

I am so proud of all my students that are nailing it in their 50's, 60's, 70's & 80's. They have become strong, flexible, happy humans through their dedication to the many forms of intelligent exercise methods and somatic practices I encourage and teach at my studio. The studio is definitely popular with the 60 +'s but younger students are welcome and encouraged to experience exercise from the inside out. Please take a look at some of the new offerings for June.
