Last night taking it to the road. Discovered these little disposable tins. Perfect for my pizza dough. Served up some pizzas- last one was a wheat dough, basil chicken, roasted cauliflower and curry pizza.
Also my mesquite smoked , goat cheese stuffed tenderloin , wrapped in bacon with some Charleston heirloom rice stir fry .

Little breakfast- brioche buns,eggs,Italian sausage and real American cheese.
