We are offering a private exam room within a high-end wellness and occupational health office in Hiram, GA. This opportunity is ideal for a licensed MD, DO, NP, or PA seeking a professional, established environment without the overhead of operating a full clinic.
This is a rent-only, shared space arrangement.

Scope of Services:
Physical examinations only, including DOT and non-DOT physicals (employment, school, sports, etc.).
Important:
This arrangement is limited to physical examinations only.
❌ No specimen collections of any kind are permitted, including urine drug screens, alcohol testing, oral fluid, blood draws, hair collections, or lab specimen handling.
All testing and collections remain exclusively under Workforce Pro Lab Screening.
Providers must operate independently and supply their own equipment, licensure, malpractice coverage, and billing systems.
